Our work can be all consuming to the point where we can forget to look after ourselves and others. However, we need to take care of ourselves and each other so that we can work efficiently and with compassion for the people we serve.
The resources below were designed to help us think about how we look after ourselves and our colleagues.
The first programme – Self-care, consists of a series of questions to help you think about and asses how well you are looking after yourself.
The second programme – Recognizing signs of mental health problems in staff, focuses on identifying and working out how to help someone who may have mental health problems at work.
