The project aims to provide capacity building to the government officials in diaspora engagement and management and at the same time, mobilize and engage highly skilled diaspora members specialized in medical services. The selected medical doctors will be responsible for the provision of medical services and skills transfer to the medical practitioners in Rwanda.
