This project's objective is to contribute to the strengthening of the Under Secretary of Consular and Migration Affairs of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The project seeks to generate capacity to promote the participation of the Honduran diaspora in development initiatives and investments in Honduras through channeling remittances. The project will establish and institutionalize fundraising mechanisms for Hondurans living abroad.
