The Coordinated Mekong Ministerial Initiative against Trafficking (COMMIT) is one of the most promising initiatives to combat human trafficking in the sub-region. To fulfill the commitments made in the joint plans of action and harness its full potential of cooperation, this project will contribute to strengthening transnational referrals in Cambodia by operationalizing two COMMIT tools: Victim Identification and Referral Mechanisms: Common Guidelines for the Greater Mekong Sub-region; and COMMIT Common Indicators for First Responders.
