The project aims at enhancing the training capacity of the border police training centre, thus contributing to the implementation of the state Integrated border management policy and capacity. The project approach foresees enhancing the human resources system, upgrading the methodological and didactic foundation in line with the Sectoral Qualifications Framework for Border Guarding, shifting towards embedded expertise and enhanced trainers' capacity to design and deliver trainings on addressing cross-border crime and protecting migrants' rights based on the European standards and best practice in border guard training, in synergy with setting up of facilities for training simulations purpose.
