In line with the Strategic Plan of the Ministry of Haitians Living Abroad (MHAVE), this project will conduct a mapping of the Haitian diaspora in the United States. The objective of this mapping exercise is to create a better understanding of the diaspora features and promote the engagement of the Haitian population abroad, identifying their skills, needs, challenges and opportunities for engagement.
