The project aims to strengthen the State Border Committee (SBC) of the Republic of Belarus' public relations (PR) capacities, through the enhancement of internal and external communication policies and mechanisms, while strengthening the corporate SBC communication culture as a whole. This will be achieved through the organization of a series of capacity building events; the development of a mobile application and the launch of an online PR course. Human rights and gender perspectives will be incorporated into SBC's communication products and tools. Overall, the project will contribute to increase the operational effectiveness of the agency.
