Co-curated by the World Economic Forum (WEF) and IOM, the migration component (insight area) on the Strategic Intelligence Platform presents key issues underpinning migration in an interactive and highly visual way. This insight area demonstrates how several major migration issues intersect with more recent developments in migration globally. Some of the key migration drivers presented on the platform include inequality and uneven development, demographic trends, conflict and security challenges, talent patterns, among others.
The migration insight area is linked to other phenomena and shows how major migration issues are connected to other insight areas such as sustainable development, education and skills, climate change and several others.
