This project seeks to increase awareness on the recently approved Human Mobility Law and support the creation of informed public policies on human mobility, as well as the transition towards the implementation of the Ecuadorian electronic Passport under a comprehensive approach towards identity management.
The lead counterpart to this project is the Foreign Affairs and Human Mobility Ministry, IOM’s main counterpart in terms of human mobility issues, supported by the Ministry of Interior and the General Directorate of Civil Registry, Identification and Registration, all prior partners of IOM.
