This project aims to strengthen the Government of Mexico's capacity to address migration issues by providing technical assistance to the National Migration Institute (INM).
The components of the project will include:
i) an assessment of job profiles to review the current structure and content of the training curriculum,
ii) a program of training for INM’s staff through courses and workshops within a newly developed curriculum framework,
iii) technical support to modernize virtual platforms and educational resources, and
iv) final evaluation to measure the impact of the activities
