The project will contribute to the effective protection of victims of trafficking and persons at risk. This will be achieved through building the capacities of the Government of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan to consistently and efficiently coordinate the identification and referral of victims of trafficking in a manner consistent with international standards and supporting a relevant information and referral service.
