The project aims to strengthen institutional capacities for future reintegration plans directed at Bolivian returnees. The project will include three components as follows: The first component will offer institutional capacity building activities for assisted voluntary return. This will be carried out namely through the implementation of an information system based on the Ministry of Foreign Affairs’ current website, through the Department for Bolivians living abroad. The second component will develop opportunities related to financial services for migrants. Initial studies will identify a possible model of financial intermediation for the creation of productive enterprises in urban and rural areas, with the participation of the Ministry of Micro and Small Enterprises and other stakeholders. The final component aims to facilitate access to the labour market through the development of market research and social responsibility studies. The information collated will be available through an exchange platform of good practices, specialized capacity-building activities related to relevant professional skills and certification processes.
