This proposed project aims to support and strengthen the collaboration between Namibia and Zambia to bridge the gap between the two countries concerned by enhancing coordination and supporting cross border movement through contributing to the bi-national agreement to improve the border pass process and joint border governance along the Zambezi river, with the focus on Mwandi/Luhonono river crossing communities. This will be done through technical exchange related to detailed process descriptions of the current controls for Border Control Points and Border Pass enrollment.
