This project aims to contribute to strengthening the capacities of the Government of Togo in the management of its diaspora in order to maximize its potential and contribute to a sustainable and inclusive national development. In order to achieve this objective, the project will support the drafting and publication of an inter¬ministerial decree to launch a “one-stop shop” dedicated to support and assist the Togolese diaspora wishing to invest in Togo. It will also work closely with the government to train relevant staff to run this one-stop shop. The project will also map the Togolese diaspora in order to have relevant information on their profile, location, skills, and interests to help the government to remove obstacles and/or create opportunities for the diaspora to engage in the economic development.
