Project outputs that will contribute towards this objective include:
• Building the capacity of local institutions in Cameroon to strengthen their knowledge on social security current policies;
• A feasibility study on the expansion of the social security, including recommendations;
• A survey of Cameroonian workers living in Belgium to collect information on their current social security coverage and their opinion on its eventual expansion in Belgium; and,
• Awareness-raising events to foster dialogue and increase knowledge on social security related matters among the Cameroonian diaspora in Belgium.
