The objective of the project is to contribute to disaster and climate resilience of communities inhabiting slow and sudden-onset disaster prone areas in Solomon Islands. The project will ensure that evidence-based relocation guidelines facilitate the protection of the rights and dignity of relocated persons and achievement of durable solutions will be enabled and are available to key stakeholders. It will also ensure that government officials have the skills, tools and knowledge to apply the relocation guidelines.
