The project will document the experiences of the Grupos Beta (Northern and Southern Border) and the Paisano Program throughout the country and prepare a publication and a video about their experiences in the field and the practical operation of the partnerships built by each of them. These documents will then be presented in the framework of the fourth Global Forum on Migration and Development. A second component of the project will produce a diagnosis on the preparation received by officials of the Grupos Beta and the Paisano Program, as well as an analysis of the effectiveness of the procedures manuals currently in use. This will produce recommendations on issues related to training of officials as well as updates to the Procedures Manual.
