This project supports the intervention to train students and civil society members on migration data literacy and support the production of informed and balanced materials about migration. This intervention will contribute to improve evidence-based policy making through the creation of a platform of exchange and production of information data and research on migration. The project will establish the Migration Research Unit Project (MRU) at Cairo University that is intended to be a leading dynamic hub for members of the academia, policy influencers, and practitioners to learn about migration, mobility and human development, migration governance and national migration policy reforms in a multidisciplinary manner.
