The purpose of this application for 1035 Facility funding has been to support the necessary continuation of the services provided by the Migrants Assistance Centre, thus enabling it to develop its full potential by attracting both additional grants as well as fee for services contributions. The allocation provided a necessary bridge to EC funding, which was recently approved.
The partial funding of the project through a 1035 allocation of USD 19,505 in 2002 enabled the completion of a preliminary set of self-standing actions.
