Benefiting Member States
Morocco
This project aims to establish a Migrants’ Rights Resource Centre in Morocco, a Member State, which will both enhance migrants’ abilities to protect themselves, e.g. from victimisation by traffickers, and strengthen the capacities of government and other agencies to ensure respect for migrants’ rights. It will be an important support to the Moroccan Ministry of Human Rights in progressing human rights reform and advocacy in the country. This 1035 Facility allocation provides further funds to the already funded 2001 allocation to cover a deficit from currency exchange differences and final budget allocation from the donor.
