The aim of this project is the formulation of a document for the institutional development to support migration policy implementation in Paraguay. This will be based on the results obtained from the study of the ‘General Guidelines for the formulation of a National Migration Policy in Paraguay’ carried out by the government and IOM in 2003. This document also includes two other components:
a)a proposal for an administrative and functional restructuring, and
b)a new migration administrative structure
