Benefiting Member States
Eritrea
In order to capture the positive side of the migration development nexus, and to benefit from the available human and financial resources of Eritrean diaspora, the Government of Eritrea aims to develop a sustainable and action-oriented approach and programme to diaspora engagement, that builds capacity within Eritrea to support national development initiatives. The pilot project will contribute to Eritrea's national and economic development through the temporary engagement of diaspora qualified experts. The project will focus on the coordinated and consultative development of tools, processes and capacity building.
