IOM will 1) support mapping of human recourses gaps in health sector training institutions in Sierra Leone as well as the available human resources among Sierra Leoneans living in the diaspora and; 2) develop a strategy to have Sierra Leonean health professionals in the diaspora placed in selected health care learning institutions in Sierra Leone to support the implementation of this component of the national response.
