Albania
This project aims to enhance the government’s capacity to assist Albanian migrants abroad and upon their return. The two components of the projects are as follows:
a) Capacity building actions to enhance Albania’s Consular Service capacity for service provision to Albanian citizens abroad. This will include several training courses and the provision of manuals on migration legislation specific to Albania.
b) Capacity building actions for Sportele Migracioni (SM) to enhance service provision to returnees including technical input for 22 new Sportele Migracioni and further strengthening of 14 existing SMs.
