The overall objective of this project is to contribute to the empowerment of female Moroccan migrant workers participating in the Spain-Morocco circular migration programme in their home communities. More specifically, this project aims to ensure that the Government of Morocco implements a socio-economic empowerment programme for female migrant workers that responds to their profiles and needs. At the end of the project, the Moroccan Government through its institutions, including ANAPEC (Agence Nationale de Promotion de l’Emploi et des Compétences), will have a better understanding of the needs of female circular migrant workers throughout the circular migration process and will have developed and targeted its capacities to support these women in their empowerment trajectory through a range of services throughout the migration cycle and more specifically during the post-return phase.
