The project comprises two complimentary elements: (1) The development of a Migration Resource Centre (MRC), in order to assist potential and actual Mauritian migrants in the migration and decision-making process, as well as to assist returning migrants to Mauritius, by providing information on options, procedures, and reliable contacts; (2) the development of a general and on-going database of Mauritians Seeking Employment Abroad in order to match labour supply with interested employers who contact IOM Mauritius and the Government of Mauritius.
