Benefiting Member States
Sri Lanka
This project is intended to consolidate Sri Lanka’s migration management capacity with particular reference to strengthening standards of consular business processes in Colombo as well as Sri Lanka’s diplomatic missions around the world. In order to reach levels required by today’s international service standards together with the security and counter-terrorism environment, the main components of the project will include strengthening the administrative and operational skills of the Consular staff. The project will also provide for the design and production of a tailor-made and comprehensive MFA consular operation manual.
