The overall objective of this project is to contribute to enhancing the capacity of selected IGAD Member States to address selected policy and operational challenges associated with migration in the Horn of Africa. The programme will contribute to developing a regional migration policy framework as well as migration profiles for selected IGAD countries. The activities will include targeted technical and professional trainings, technical border assessments, workshop to roll-out the IGAD-RCP, development of a regional migration policy framework for the IGAD region and an information campaign in targeted IGAD Member States.
