Armenia Belarus
The project aims to strengthen the capacities of the Belarusian and Armenian border agencies in managing their borders in the field of settlement of border incidents and overall migration management. The project will develop and introduce common standards in the training of plenipotentiary staff; provide technical support and expert advice to the plenipotentiaries of the two states and improve facilities for training of Belarus plenipotentiary staff.
To achieve the project goals the following activities will be implemented: publication of manuals on the management of border incidents for both countries; development of a training course on sustaining the state border regime; setting up one specialized class for border plenipotentiaries in Belarus; organization of a study visit to a EU member-state with advanced border operations experience; organization of one regional seminar for border staff of both countries in Belarus and the provision of technical equipment for the border plenipotentiary offices of both states.
