Migrants Day in Chad
IOM is organized a ceremony to celebrate International Migrants Day in the Republic of Chad on 18 December. His Excellency Mr. Emmanuel, the Prime Minister (PM) of the Republic of Chad was the guest of honor of the ceremony. The ceremony was attended by high officials from the Government of Chad, the UN Humanitarian Coordinator, Humanitarian Community (UN, Non Agencies, Donors), civil societies and migrants. The event was also widely covered by the national media.
