The delegation met with the Governor of the Borkou region, Mr. Abdoulaye Abakar and Chadian Returnees in the IOM Transit Centre in Faya.

According to the Governor, the number of Chadians who have returned in Faya since the start of the Libyan crisis numbers 7,800 persons.
