Counter-Trafficking Awards Ceremony
IOM Kyiv will hold its Third Annual Counter-Trafficking Awards
Ceremony on 18 October to honour individuals and organizations that
have distinguished themselves in the fight against human
trafficking.
The ceremony will take place at 19.00 at the Diplomatic Academy
of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine in Kyiv. Awards
will be presented to individuals, NGOs, law enforcement agencies
and private sector partners who have made a significant
contribution to end human trafficking.
The awards will be presented by Ambassadors of the European
Union (EU), Sweden and the United States as well as representatives
of the Ukrainian Government. This initiative is funded by the
Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency (Sida) and the
United States Agency for International Development (USAID).
