This year’s course, led by experts from Argentina, Colombia, Costa Rica, Peru, the USA and Uruguay, will examine a broad range of migration topics.

Over the past 35 years, the program, which for the past nine years has been organized by the IOM Regional Office in Buenos Aires, has trained over 700 government officials.
