Office of the Chief of Staff

Led by the Chief of Staff, Mohammed Abdiker, this office is responsible for managing the Organization and has overall responsibility for the formulation of policies and oversight of activities to ensure coherence with strategic priorities. The Office comprises those units and functions that provide advisory services and/or direct support to the whole Organization. The Office of the Chief of Staff directly supervises: 

• Office of the Deputy Chief of Staff 
• Special Liaison Office in Addis Ababa 
• Regional Coordination and Support Unit 
• Regional Offices
